Coordinator of Leasing & Compliance

The Coordinator of Leasing & Compliance is responsible for assisting the Director of Leasing & Compliance with overseeing new account management, Chapter/House Corporation onboarding, sublease management, membership compliance, and related administrative functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with SAE F&H policies, managing member accounts, and serving as a key point of contact for Chapter members and guarantors.


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Chapter/House Corporation Onboarding:

    • Assist with New Account Management and Chapter Onboarding.

    • Coordinate the onboarding of new Chapter Members to the Revela database.  

  • Sublease Management and Compliance:

    • Review and manage sublease and compliance of Chapter Members.

    • Assist in Sublease Forecasting and Chapter House occupancy reporting.  

  • Membership Account Management:

    • Assist with the reconciliation of Membership Deposits and ensure compliance.  

    • Ensure Membership compliance through SAE F&H Policies and process necessary membership status request changes.  

  • Invoicing and Move-In Process:

    • Assist the Director of Leasing & Compliance with the invoicing and processing of incidentals with the Asset Management Department.  

    • Gather and coordinate necessary housing items with House Directors.

    • Verify and Validate Live-In Rosters and Room Assignments.  

  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Assist with Chapter reporting and compliance with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and SAE Financial & Housing Corporation; such as Roster Maintenance.

    • Assist with the eviction & collection process and follow-up. 

  • Customer Service:

    • Act as the customer service representative to Chapter Members and Guarantors.  

  • Other Duties:

    • Other duties as assigned.  


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.  

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.  

  • Is self-motivated, organized, and able to work with a team.  

  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Experience with policy creation and writing.  

  • Is dependable, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks.  

  • Expected to work out of the Fraternity Service Center in Evanston, IL.  

  • Membership in Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity preferred, but not required.  


Compensation:

  • Up to $55k
